Do you ban people from WEB-DOT-DEV?

 

 

We don't ban people we ban only Ip's which they are creating spam on our services or is abusing in some way of our systems.

How I can change my email address or password?

 

 

To change your email address just go to Your Control Panel and choose edit button which is above your avatar, click on update your profile. Choose contact info and there you can change your email.

How I can recover my password?

 

 

If you forgot your password you can recove it by enter your email user name and your email address in the forgot password section.

How I change or delete my nick name?

 

 

You cannot change or delete  your nick name, this is because we need to keep track of our users which means that your account is permanent.

How my Ip get unbanned?

 

 

Email us  make sure to include the IP in question. If you are connecting through a proxy server, you might need to have your proxy server's admin contact us instead of you.

I'm having trouble logging in

 

 

Check to see if you have your cookies turned on, if you don't then it will not work, check the date and time on your computer is correct. After you turn your cookies on, your date and time, try to log in again and if still not working send us an email at support[at]webdotdev.com

Why my IP is Banned?

 

 

First thing will be because you have some sorts of software which is loading thousands of WEB-DOT-DEV pages, we have a limit resource here, we want to share all of our pages for everyone. If you Ip loads thousands of pages in a day then you will be banned from our servers. 

Others reasons why we ban your Ip is because some Ip's has been making some attacks against WEB-DOT-DEV. Also you might be using a proxy server that is also being used by another person who did something from the above list. Your Ip address might be have been used to post comments designed to break web browser rendering.
