This thread discusses the Content article: Using MySQL with Apache

Isn't this an excerpt from "Professional LAMP - Linux Apache, MySQL, and PHP5 Web Development"? Anyway, I think there is a typo and it should be PRIMARY KEY (user_name) instead of PRIMARY KEY (user_info).
